HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Feb. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cricket Communications,
Inc., a leading provider of unlimited local and long distance wireless
services, and UTStarcom Personal Communications (formerly Audiovox

announced the availability of the CDM-8910 for Cricket subscribers. The tiny
yet stylish camera phone with built-in flash is compatible with Cricket's suite
of BREW-enabled Cricket Clicks(TM) applications. Loaded with cool features,
the CDM-8910 is priced at $199.99.

The CDM-8910 features a built-in CMOS 310K pixel camera with flash, and a dual
LCD display. The phone's main display is a 65K 1.8" TFT color LCD display, with
a one-inch black and white sub-display. Other popular features include a
built-in two-way speakerphone, voice-activated dialing and 32 polyphonic
ringers.
"Given its cool form factor and wide range of features from a built-in digital
camera to dozens of polyphonic ringers, we believe that the CDM-8910 will be a

This tri-mode CDMA Handset (800 MHzamps/CDMA, 1900 MHz PCS) is CDMA2000 1X
capable (system dependent) and features the MSM6050 chipset that is GPSOne(TM)
capable (E911 Phase2 Supported), which is also system dependent. Weighing just
3.2 ounces and measuring 3.5" x 1.9" x 0.9", the CDM-8910 is compact and
lightweight.
The phone is TTY capable, ERI capable and has a two-way short message service,
all of which are system dependent.
