      LCA-Vision Inc. (NASDAQ:LCAV), a leading provider of laser vision 
      correction services under the LasikPlus brand, today announced it 
      will release 2007 first quarter financial results before market open on 
      Wednesday, May 9, 2007. A conference call and webcast to discuss the 
      results will also be held on Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. 
      Eastern time (7:00 a.m. Pacific time). In addition, the Company intends 
      to file Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2007 on or before May 10, 
      2007.
    
    
      LCA-Vision also announced that it intends to file a 2006 Form 10-K/A 
      with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) prior to the 
      first quarter financial results conference call. The 2006 Form 10K/A 
      will reflect the Company’s change in revenue 
      recognition for the Company’s separately 
      priced extended warranties as announced in a press release on April 18, 
      2007. The SEC has indicated that it will complete its review following 
      the filing of the Form 10-K/A.
