      LCA-Vision Inc. (Nasdaq:LCAV), a leading provider of laser vision 
      correction services under the LasikPlus brand, today announced 
      that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend in the amount 
      of $0.18 per share. The dividend will be payable on June 8, 2007, to 
      shareholders of record as of May 25, 2007.
