LCA-Vision Announces Quarterly Dividend Payment

CINCINNATI, Aug. 16  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LCA-Vision Inc. (NASDAQ:LCAV), a leading provider of laser vision correction services under the LasikPlus brand, announced today that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share. The dividend will be payable on September 6, 2005 to shareholders of record as of August 26, 2005.
