Laurel Capital Group Declares Quarterly Dividend
ALLISON PARK, Pa., July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Laurel Capital Group,
Inc. (NASDAQ:LARL) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.20 per
share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable August 18, 2005 to
stockholders of record August 4, 2005. This is the 72nd consecutive cash
dividend paid by the Company since converting to a publicly held Company in
1987.
Laurel Capital Group, Inc., headquartered in Allison Park, PA, is the holding
company for Laurel Savings Bank. Laurel Savings Bank is a 118-year- old,
Pennsylvania-chartered, FDIC-insured savings bank with eight full-service
