KVH Appoints Timothy Allen as Vice President, Finance, and Corporate Controller

KVH Industries, Inc., (Nasdaq: KVHI) announced today
that Mr. Timothy Allen has joined the company as its Vice President of
Finance and Corporate Controller.

him more than a decade of experience in corporate finance, accounting,
tax strategy, and SEC compliance and reporting," said Patrick Spratt,
KVH's chief financial officer. "His expertise in the day-to-day
oversight of internal financial controls as well as with the complex
Sarbanes-Oxley regulations will be a valuable resource for KVH,
enabling us to continue strengthening our financial structure and
achieve our long-term operational goals."
   Mr. Allen most recently served as senior vice president and
corporate controller for Boston, MA-based American Tower Corporation,
a premier owner and operator of wireless and broadcast communications
sites in North America, Mexico, and Brazil. Prior to that, he served
as a senior manager for the accounting firm KPMG-Peat Marwick. Mr.
Allen holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Providence College.
