On February 11, 2021, the Company issued a press release reporting results from five additional drill holes in the new Lynnda Strip oxide gold discovery, Mother Lode Project in the Eastern Bullfrog Gold District, Nevada.  A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
