Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 14, 2018, the Company issued a press release reporting that based on continued exploration success at its Mother Lode project in southern Nevada and an increased understanding of the region, the Company has expanded its land package to approximately 16 square kilometres and outlined three new targets in the Fluorspar Canyon District at its Mother Lode project in southern Nevada. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth herein and in the press release is deemed to be “furnished” and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
