Kenexa 2x Mobile Named Top HR Product of the Year by Human Resource Executive(R) Magazine

   Kenexa (NASDAQ: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced that Kenexa 2x Mobile™ has been recognized as a Top HR Product of the Year by Human Resource Executive® magazine. Kenexa will receive the Top HR Product of 2010 award at the awards ceremony being held on September 29, 2010 at the 13th Annual HR Technology® Conference and Expo in Chicago, Illinois.

To be considered as a 2010 Top HR Product of 2010, products must have been released between July 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010. Winners were determined based on several factors: how innovative the product is, how much value it adds to the HR function, ease of use, and whether the product delivers on its promises.

Market research indicates that by 2013 more business users will be leveraging smartphones to access web-based applications than PCs and laptops. Designed expressly to address this shift in the global marketplace, Kenexa 2x Mobile is a new solution that was released in May 2010. 2x Mobile is the only native Talent Management application developed specifically for BlackBerry and iPhone smartphones.
