Knape & Vogt Declares Second-Quarter Cash Dividends 


GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Oct. 19  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Knape & Vogt
Manufacturing Co. (NASDAQ:KNAP) announced today that its Board of Directors
declared regular quarterly cash dividends of 16.5 cents per share on the
Company's common stock and 15 cents per share on its Class B common stock. Both
dividends are payable on December 10, 2004 to shareholders of record at the
close of business on November 26, 2004.
