Knape & Vogt Declares Fourth-Quarter Cash Dividends 


GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., April 27  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Knape & Vogt
Manufacturing Co.  announced today that its Board of Directors declared regular
quarterly cash dividends of 16.5 cents per share on the Company's common stock
and 15 cents per share on its Class B common stock. Both dividends are payable
on June 4, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 21,
2004.
