VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sasamat Capital Corporation ("Sasamat") (Pink Sheets: SSALF) announces that KHD Humboldt Wedag International Ltd. ("KHD") (NASDAQ:KHDH) has advised Sasamat that it does not intend to complete the acquisition of Sasamat contemplated by the Arrangement Agreement dated April 24, 2006, as amended, as holders of approximately 13% of the common shares of Sasamat (the "Sasamat Shares"), exclusive of those Sasamat Shares owned or controlled directly or indirectly by KHD, have exercised, and not withdrawn, their right to dissent provided pursuant to the terms of the Plan of Arrangement.
