Other Events.

Abe Ceesay, Vice President Sales & Marketing Operations, recently notified Keryx Biopharmaceuticals of his decision to resign, effective March 25th, 2016, to become chief operating officer of a privately held, pre-commercial company. Keryx plans to initiate a search for Mr. Ceesay’s successor.
