Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On September 15, 2022, Jupiter Wellness, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a letter to its shareholders (the “Shareholder Letter”) highlighting the Company’s revenue results for the second quarter of 2022 and certain research and development efforts. A copy of the letter to stockholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference. In addition, the Company issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2, which describes the Shareholder Letter and includes a link to the Shareholder Letter on the Company’s web site.

 

Copies of the shareholder letter and press release are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
