ITEM 7.01     REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On January 8, 2009,  JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) in which the Company announced that it will deliver a presentation on behalf of the Company at the Seventh Annual Cowen and Company Consumer Conference in New York, New York on Monday, January 12, 2009.  A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
