Global wireless entertainment publisher JAMDAT Mobile
Inc. (Nasdaq:JMDT) announced today that it has acquired the exclusive,
worldwide distribution rights to a wireless version of the legendary
Dakar Race as part of a long-term license agreement with Amaury Sport
Organization. The announcement was made at the CTIA Wireless I.T. and
Entertainment 2005 trade show in San Francisco. Under the terms of the
agreement, JAMDAT will publish a racing-themed game based on the
renowned competition for mobile phones worldwide.
   The Dakar Race was created in 1978 and inspired dreams and
passions from the outset. The race mixes cars, bikes, quads and tracks
on a massive scale as competitors race across Africa. Through its
rich, eventful and adventurous past, the Dakar Race has become a major
highlight of the sporting calendar.
