On May 22, 2014, HomeTrust Bancshares, Inc. (“HomeTrust”) and Jefferson Bancshares, Inc. (“Jefferson”) issued a joint press release announcing the dismissal of merger-related litigation against Jefferson, its Board of Directors and HomeTrust.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
