Engen Petroleum Selects JDA Space Planning Solutions to Optimize Store-Specific Assortment and Space Planning

JDA® Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: JDAS), The Supply Chain Company®, today announced that Engen Petroleum, an African energy multinational with independent operations in 20 sub-Saharan African countries, selected JDA® Space Planning and Intactix Knowledge Base solutions in the fourth quarter of 2011 to optimize and manage their store planograms, fixtures, floor plans, store/cluster date, product attributes and performance data.

The company, a subsidiary of PETRONAS Malaysia, one of the world’s leading integrated energy companies, selected JDA Space Planning and Intactix Knowledge Base solutions to centralize and optimize its store-specific assortment and space planning for the more than 600 convenience centers it operates.
