Jacada Announces Cisco Certification

Jacada Ltd. (NASDAQ: JCDA), a leading provider of customer experience management and process optimization solutions for customer service operations, announces verification of Cisco Compatibility for Jacada WorkSpace. Jacada is a member of the Cisco Developer Network and Jacada WorkSpace 5.2 has tested compatible with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) 7.5. Jacada is now eligible to utilize the “Cisco Compatible” logo which signifies that Jacada’s product has undergone interoperability testing by Jacada and Cisco, based on testing criteria set by Cisco.
