JA Solar to Supply 400 MW of Solar Modules to a Leading European Provider of Photovoltaic Systems by 2013

JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq:JASO) ("JA Solar" or "the Company"), one of the world's largest manufacturers of high-performance solar cells and solar power products, today announced that it has signed a supply agreement with one of the leading European specialists in photovoltaic systems to provide 400 megawatts (MW) of solar modules from 2011 through the end of 2013.

Under the terms of this agreement, JA Solar will supply the company with 100 megawatts of solar modules in 2011, 125 megawatts in 2012 and 175 megawatts in 2013.
