Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b)     Srivas Prasad, Senior Vice President and General Manager - Acoustics (now known as Fiber Solutions) of Jason Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he will be terminating his employment with the Company effective as of September 27, 2019. This follows the August 30, 2019 sale of the Company’s North American Fiber Solutions business.
