Interwoven and Online! The Book
"As pioneers in the area of Web content management, Interwoven has been at the

content types, and developing the next-generation of CM solutions for today's
increasingly complicated and inter-connected business environments," said Jack
Jia, senior vice president and CTO of Interwoven. "This book project has been
fulfilling for me in many ways, but primarily because in putting pen to paper,
it took me back to my early days at Interwoven and helped me see just how far
the industry has come in its understanding and acceptance of Content Management
as a critical and pervasive business initiative. I am honored to be included
among the scholars and technologists that have come together to publish this
important book."
Numerous Internet topics are covered in Online! The Book including how to choose
an Internet service provider, networking, spam, Internet music and video,
gaming, blogging, wireless security, content management, shareware and
downloads, Internet law and other useful topics. This is one of the first books
to deeply address the world of online dating, unusual chat systems as well as
blogging, content management and developing personal and corporate Websites.
"With the increase of corporate content within companies worldwide, content
management must be used to maintain this content. It is of primary importance to
understand this," said John C. Dvorak. "Interwoven's significant contribution to
the growth and its expertise on this subject makes it a natural authority on the
topic, and I'm pleased to have them represent this important technology in such
a comprehensive and easy-to-digest way."
