Board Change
The Board of Isotron plc, whose principal business is the contract sterilisation
of medical products, is pleased to announce the following Board change:
Edward Buchan is appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with
immediate effect. Mr Buchan (52) is Managing Director - Corporate Finance, of
LCF Rothschild Securities and is a Non-Executive Director with Tibbett & Britten
Group. Mr Buchan was previously a Non-Executive Director of TGI Plc.
