MINOT, ND (NASDAQ: IRETP) announced today that members of senior management will present at the REITWeek? 2008 NAREIT Investor Forum on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. EDT.

An audio-only webcast link will be made available in the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.iret.com. The presentation will consist of a brief overview of the Company, followed by an informal question and answer session.
