Other Events.

On May 15, 2017, Ionis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Phase 3 NEURO-TTR study of inotersen (IONIS-TTR _Rx ) in patients with familial amyloid polyneuropathy (FAP) met both primary endpoints.

A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and incorporated herein by reference.
