that it will launch Viva Liberty(SM), a Spanish language version of its popular
Liberty Wireless MVNO pay-as-you-go wireless service, targeted exclusively for
Hispanics in the United States -- a growing community that numbers more than 40

Liberty wireless service will be the first MVNO in the U.S. market to sell
