Indiana Community Bancorp Announces Dividend

Indiana Community Bancorp (the "Company") (Nasdaq:INCB), the holding company of Indiana Bank and Trust Company of Columbus, Indiana (the "Bank"), today announced a second quarter dividend of $0.01 (1 cent) per share. The dividend will be paid on July 3, 2012, to all shareholders of record on June 20, 2012.

Indiana Community Bancorp is a bank holding company registered with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the "Federal Reserve"). Indiana Bank and Trust Company, its principal subsidiary, is an FDIC insured state chartered commercial bank.
