ChipMOS TO HOST INVESTOR BREAKFAST AND MEETINGS AT BANK OF AMERICA

MERRILL LYNCH’S TAIWAN, TECHNOLOGY & BEYOND CONFERENCE

Hsinchu, Taiwan, February 22, 2011 - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. (Nasdaq: IMOS) (the “Company” or “ChipMOS”) today announced that it will host an investor breakfast and investor meetings at Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Taiwan, Technology & Beyond Conference 2011 at The Far Eastern Plaza Hotel, Taipei, Taiwan on Thursday, March 17, 2011.
