On April 2, 2019, pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of February 20, 2019, by and among Immune Design Corp. (the “Company”), Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp., a New Jersey corporation (the “Parent”) and Cascade Merger Sub Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent (the “Purchaser”), the Purchaser merged with and into the Company, with the Company continuing as the surviving corporation and a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Parent.

Instruction: This form is required by Rules 12g-4, 12h-3, 15d-6 and 15d-22 of the General Rules and Regulations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The registrant shall file with the Commission three copies of Form 15, one of which shall be manually signed.
