Item 8.01.	Other Events.

On December 10, 2017, Immune Design Corp. issued a press release reporting new data from its randomized Phase 2 clinical trial of G100 plus low-dose radiation, with or without Keytruda ^® (pembrolizumab), Merck's anti-PD-1 therapy, in patients with follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The data were presented at the 59th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual meeting in Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday, December 10, 2017. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
