Extraordinary general meeting in IDEX Biometrics held on 21 December 2023

IDEX Biometrics ASA held an extraordinary general meeting on 21 December 2023. 478.4 million shares or 34% of the capital was represented at the meeting.

All resolutions were passed as proposed in the notice of the meeting.

The consolidation of five shares into one is expected to take effect on or about 10 January 2024.
