ICOP Digital Announces Conference Call of Second Quarter Revenue Growth

ICOP Digital, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICDG) (PCX: ICDG), a
leading provider of digital in-car video systems for law enforcement,
today announced that it will hold a conference call to discuss
financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2005.
   An investor conference call will be held by the Company on
Wednesday August 17, 2005, starting at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight
Time to present the second quarter results as well as provide an
opportunity to answer investors' questions in a public format. The
conference call is expected to last approximately 45 minutes, and will
be limited to a maximum duration of 60 minutes.
   David C. Owen, President and Chief Executive Officer, and John C.
Garrison, Chief Financial Officer, will be on the call to discuss the
quarter's results and answer investors' questions.
