NEW YORK, Nov. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Internet Commerce Corporation (ICC)

today announced that it has created a new program for the publishing industry
which combines advanced services and cost reductions. ICC.NET's new publishing
program is now available to publishers and their booksellers. This new
initiative was designed for the top 3,000 companies that publish more than 300
titles.
