Integrated Alarm Services Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: IASGE)
will hold a conference call to discuss recent corporate events on
Monday, May 9, 2005 at 4:30 pm EDT. The topics to be discussed will
include: the status of the Company's filing of its Form 10-K for the
period ended December 31, 2004 and Form 10-Q for the period ended
March 31, 2005; the Company's recent hearing before the NASDAQ Listing
Qualifications Panel; the receipt of a waiver of defaults from a
majority of the holders of Company's Senior Secured Notes due 2011;
and the resignation of A. Clinton Allen from the Company's Board of
Directors. The Company will defer any discussion and questions
regarding financial results for the year ended December 31, 2004 and
the quarter ended March 31, 2005 until after the Form 10-K and 10-Q
