      Criticom International, the nation’s largest 
      supplier of wholesale monitoring services to alarm dealers and 
      installers across the country, today announced that it has entered into 
      a long-term lease for secure office property in Cypress, California. The 
      Cypress facility is expected to be occupied in the second quarter of 
      2007 after leasehold improvements and central station operating 
      infrastructure construction is completed.
    
    
      In announcing the new facility, Bob Heintz, Chief Operating Officer of 
      Criticom International, said, “The Cypress 
      facility will be an alarm dealer dedicated state-of-the-art central 
      station. It will compliment and be integrated with our Minneapolis and 
      New Jersey central stations. These three facilities offer unmatched 
      alarm monitoring services to dealers across the country. Our move to the 
      Cypress location significantly improves our central station 
      infrastructure and redundancy, while at the same time increasing our 
      overall monitoring capacity. We look forward to showcasing this facility 
      to our customers this spring.”
    
    
      The Cypress facility will replace a mixed used facility in Irvine, 
      California. Approximately 150 individuals will be employed at the 
      Cypress central station. Criticom will host a Cypress central station 
      open-house in the spring of 2007.
