      announced that it will release financial results for its second quarter 
      of fiscal year 2007 on Tuesday, January 23, 2007, following the close of 
      the market. Hyperion will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. ET 
      featuring Godfrey Sullivan, president and chief executive officer, and
