Departure of Company Officer

 

Effective August 15, 2012, Mr. David Liu has stepped down from his position as senior vice president and chief marketing officer of HiSoft Technology International Limited (“HiSoft”) to pursue new career interests.  HiSoft has not yet appointed a replacement for the position vacated by Mr. Liu.  Mr. Liu’s work duties, which were based in China, will be assumed by members of the China senior management team.
