Horizon Health to Present at the Jefferies Specialty and Post-Acute Services Conference

Horizon Health Corporation (NASDAQ:HORC) today
announced it would participate as a presenting company at an upcoming
Jefferies Specialty and Post-Acute Services Conference. Mr. Ken
Newman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Health, and
Mr. John Pitts, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Horizon Health, will both be speaking at the conference.

place June 14, 2005, at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City,
