Horizon Health Announces Completion of Acquisition of Focus Healthcare of Delaware

Horizon Health Corporation (NASDAQ/NM:HORC) today
announced that it has completed its acquisition of the Focus
Healthcare behavioral health facility located in New Castle, Delaware.
The transaction was part of the previously announced acquisition of
the behavioral health facilities of Lighthouse Care Centers and Focus
Healthcare. The closing on the Focus Healthcare Delaware facility had
been delayed pending receipt of required governmental approvals.
