Harleysville National Corporation Declares Cash Dividend

HARLEYSVILLE, Pa., Aug. 9  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Harleysville National Corporation (NASDAQ:HNBC) declared a regular cash dividend for the third quarter of 2007 of $.20 per share on 28,891,898 shares of outstanding common stock.  The dividend, which represents a 5.0% increase over the regular dividend paid in the same period last year, is payable September 14, 2007, to shareholders of record on August 30, 2007.
