(1)	The amount reported in Column 5 does not reflect the Reporting Person's other transactions on February 28, 2019, which were reported previously on a Form 4 filed with the SEC on February 28, 2019 (the "Prior Transactions"). The amount following the reported transaction and the Prior Transactions is 194,161.
(2)	The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $34.00 to $34.59, inclusive.
