Item  8.01			Other Events

On October 27, 2022, the Board of Directors of HomeStreet, Inc. (the "Board") approved a cash dividend of $0.35 per share, to be paid on November 22, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 8, 2022. A press release announcing this action by the Board is included as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
