Item 5.02			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.

On February 22, 2022, Donald R. Voss informed HomeStreet, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to retire from the Company’s Board of Directors at the completion of his current term ending at the 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Mr. Voss joined the Board in March 2015 and was named Lead Independent Director by the independent directors of the Board in June 2018 and he will continue in that role until the completion of his current term. The Company expresses it appreciation to Mr. Voss for his seven years of distinguished service on the Board. Mr. Voss’ decision is not due to any disagreement with the Company or the Board of Directors on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
