Haggar Gets Comfortable With Rigo International Inc.
Haggar Announces New Licensee Agreement for Comfortable Clothing to Relax In
DALLAS, June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Haggar Clothing Co., a leading
marketer of men's and women's casual and dress apparel, announces that it has
signed a licensing agreement with Rigo International Inc. to introduce a new
line of loungewear. Rigo brings newness and innovation to a growing product
category and has a reputation in the marketplace for outstanding product
development, turnaround time, account knowledge and delivery. The Rigo
International product offering supports and complements the Haggar(R) brand by
providing Smart, Innovative and American(TM) style.

needs of our customers. Since loungewear has become an important clothing item
in our consumers' wardrobes, it is important for the Haggar brand to offer
comfortable and good looking clothing for relaxing around the house and taking

comfortable for sleeping yet fashionable enough for hanging around the house, a
quick trip to the convenience store or even a night of relaxed entertaining.
The fabrics selected for the Haggar line are all extra soft and machine
washable. The Haggar loungewear line is scheduled for a Spring 2005 launch,
which will include boxers, lounge pants, tops and robes offered year round and
in a variety of fabrics and styles. This line will retail from $12-$60 and
will sell to major retailers nationwide.
