On July 22, 2020, Hebron Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on September 4, 2020, at 10:00 A.M., local time (10:00 P.M. ET on September 3, 2020), at C9, 99 Danba Rd, Putuo Qu, Shanghai, China 200336. Shareholders as of the record date, close of business on August 10, 2020, will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
