Our management and independent auditor required additional time to prepare, substantiate and verify the accuracy of certain disclosures in our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2012, which could not be completed without incurring undue hardship and expense. We anticipate filing our complete Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2012, on August 20, 2012.
