SpatiaLight Announces First Quarter 2006 Results

NOVATO, Calif., May 10  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SpatiaLight, Inc. (NASDAQ:HDTV), a developer and manufacturer of ultra high-resolution microdisplays for the high definition television market, today reported its results for the first quarter of 2006.

For the quarter ended March 31, 2006, SpatiaLight had revenues of $85,694, as compared with revenues of $97,759 for the same period in 2005. Net loss for the quarter was $5.6 million, compared with a net loss of $2.1 million for the same period in 2005. Net loss per share was $(0.15) for the quarter, compared with $(0.06) for the same period in 2005.

SpatiaLight ended the first quarter with cash and cash equivalents of $1,387,411, working capital of $2.4 million, stockholders' deficit of $8.3 million and $10.5 million in long-term convertible debt, net of applicable discounts.
