its operation located in Manisa Turkey has received the distinctive Certificate
of Achievement Award from the Association of Automotive Manufacturers.  Hayes

presented the plaque at a recent ceremony to Mustafa Zaim, Managing Director of
Hayes Lemmerz' Turkish Wheel Operations.

The Associationof Automotive Manufacturers represents the Turkish Automotive
Industry (OEM) in the European Union.

Hayes Lemmerz Jantas manufacturers fabricated steel wheels for the commercial
vehicle business.
