Havas: The Havas Annual Shareholders' Meeting

SURESNES, France, June 11  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Havas Annual Shareholders' Meeting took place on Monday, June 11th 2007, at Havas Headquarters, and was chaired by Vincent Bollore, Chairman of the Board. All proposed resolutions were passed.

The dividend of 3 cents EUR per share, same at last year, will be paid on June 15th, 2007.
