Euro RSCG Files Legal Action Against Charlie Tarzian

NEW YORK, May 9  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Euro RSCG 4D, part of the Euro RSCG Worldwide network of companies, today announced that it has commenced a legal action in the Supreme Court of the State of New York against Charles Tarzian, the former CEO of Euro RSCG 4D New York.

The Complaint alleges that while Mr. Tarzian was employed by Euro RSCG 4D, he set into motion a plan to try to steal its business by misappropriating confidential information and trade secrets, improperly soliciting clients and surreptitiously recruiting the Company's employees to his new enterprise. The complaint further alleges that Mr. Tarzian made numerous false and misleading statements to clients and others concerning Euro RSCG 4D's business in an effort to undermine his former employer and gain an unlawful competitive advantage for his own company.

Through the complaint, Euro RSCG seeks to enjoin Mr. Tarzian from certain conduct including prohibited soliciting of clients and employees.  The complaint also seeks monetary and punitive damages.
